UK and International Free delivery for orders over £150.00 on standard delivery. Express delivery will incur charges.
Domestic Shipping
UK Mainland Standard Shipping - £3.99
UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class service and posted on the same day if orders are place by 3 pm. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped on the next day. Expected delivery within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
UK Express Shipping - £5.99
Express orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. If your order is placed by 3 pm we will dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped on the next day. Your order will arrive within 1 working day from the shipping date.

Delivery Exclusions for Express Shipping
Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, are shipped as standard shipping with a 2-4 day delivery. Please expect delays in remote areas, especially when the weather condition is not favourable, this is outside Mrs Strugnell Boutique’s control.

Rest Of The World Shipping
International Standard Shipping - £6.00
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. Estimate delivery timing to Europe is 3-5 business days and rest of World is 6-10 business days. This is an approximate estimation as this depends on the postal service of your destination and potential delays due to COVID19. There is no tracking with this service.
International Shipping Tracked Orders - £11.00
International tracking is available for the following 35 destinations. They are:
European Union Zones: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain and Sweden
Non European Union Zones: Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and Switzerland
Rest of the World: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA
Please note that we are not shipping to the following countries: Afghanistan, Kiribati, Libya, Somalia, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.

Customs Fees
Important information for International Orders (Outside the UK)
Customs fees and taxes are determined by the customs authority in your country and are based on a few different factors such as the country of origin of the purchased item, the VAT rate and local import taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Refusing to pay customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Mrs Strugnell, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. Please note that not all packages are returned.
General Information
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm Mon - Fri. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on a Monday.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays
Royal Mail Strikes
Delays should be expected because of ongoing Royal Mail strikes.
