The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Mrs Strugnell Boutique.

Mrs Strugnell Boutique must receive payment of the whole of the price for the good(s) that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received Mrs Strugnell Boutique will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The email will include your name, the order number and the total price of the item(s) purchased. Mrs Strugnell acceptance of your order will form a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

All items displayed for sale on the website are currently in stock. However, there may be occasions when breaks in supply occur. If an item is out of stock, it will show as ‘out of stock’ and you will not be able to process a purchase. Mrs Strugnell Boutique reserves the right to withdraw items for sale at any time without notice. If your website purchase coincides with a break in supply, this purchase will not be a contract of sale with Mrs Strugnell. We will contact you and offer the opportunity to wait to purchase the item(s) of your choice when it/they arrive back in stock or cancel the sale. If part of your order is not available, we will contact you for authorisation to make a partial delivery.

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Mrs Strugnell Boutique runs promotions for their customers and reserves the right to cancel or amend these promotions if misused or necessary. All discounts can only be used once per customer per category and must not be duplicated. Mrs Strugnell Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order where we deem a discount code to have been inappropriately applied.

Discount codes are not applied to shipping, gift box or wrapping fees.
When your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched. Please refer to our shipping policy delivery for timeframes. If there are any shipping issues outside our control you will be contacted by Mrs Strugnell Boutique informing you of the issue and a revised delivery timeframe.

Payment Details
Mrs Strugnell Boutique accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK Pound Sterling (£) inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Mrs Strugnell Boutique uses Stripe as a payment platform which has robust secure systems to process your payment.
Order Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, you are not able to cancel it or make any changes. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy for details on returning your order. Please note that eGift Cards are not refundable.
