Gift cards are a wonderful way to gift someone as they have the flexibility to purchase what they wish. Enjoy gifting and receiving a gift card. Please note important information about our eGift Cards so that you can best apply them to your purchase.

eGift Cards

If you have received one of our eGift cards you can use it to make full or part payments on items from Mrs Strugnell Boutique on our online store. Your eGift card(s) may be used along with other payment methods if your purchase is of higher value than the value of the eGift Card.

There is no expire date for eGift cards but we advice that you use them as soon as  possible once you receive the email with the code.

How To Use Your eGift Card

Choose your item and checkout. At the checkout page (on top) you will see a box: redeem a gift card. Enter your code that was sent via email and the value will be discounted from your total balance. You may find that your  purchase is of less or higher value than the value of the gift card, in this case you have 2 options:

 

a) The total amount of your purchase is of higher value than the gift card

Your eGift card(s) may be used along with other payment methods if your purchase is of higher value than the value of the eGift Card.

b) The total amount of your purchase is of less value than the gift card

You will be left with a balance. You can use this balance for a future purchase.

eGift Card Terms And Conditions

The balance on the eGift card can be used for purchases at Mrs Strugnell Boutique online shop only.  Please note important information about e-gift cards sold by Mrs Strugnell Boutique.

 

• In the event of 6 months of consecutive non-use, our team will send you a reminder email. Although egift cards have no expire date, we recommend that they are used as soon as possible.  

• eGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

• You cannot refund the purchase of the gift card itself. In addition, when a customer pays for an order by redeeming a gift card, that purchase also cannot be refunded.

• You can exchange orders paid for with a gift card only when the price of the exchanged products is the same (i.e. the customer isn't refunded or charged). 

• No change will be given when an eGift card is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases.

• As we do not collect information about gift card customers, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the eGift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. eGift cards emails should be looked after carefully.

• The eGift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.

• Mrs Strugnell Boutique reserves the right to amend the terms applying to eGift cards at any time.
